Additional RPMs needed for kickstart

Three additional RPMs on all worker nodes are needed at kickstart time for the gLite UI to function. They have been placed in /opt/kickstart. They are:
- cyrus-sasl-2.1.15-10.i386.rpm
- e2fsprogs-1.32-15.1.i386.rpm
- openldap-2.0.27-22.i386.rpm
